Where to begin, right from the start Ralph was very personable and attentive. As first time homebuyers in this very intimidating market we felt we did not stand a chance, but Ralph made every effort to reassure we would fulfill our goal! His years of experience in the business is apparent as he educated us through the whole process and shared his professional opinion. It was never anything in his best interest but ours, that’s how you know when you’re working with a genuine agent! He landed us a great deal and we closed on our home, we look forward to having him represent us on any future business! When we started the search for a home, Ralph was referred to us. We didn’t know what to expect, but wow did he come and deliver. He helped us with so many questions and was available whenever! He went hard for us and made sure we were completely satisfied. While looking for a home, we came across a lot of other realtors and they were nothing like Ralph from Su Casa Realty, he made us feel comfortable and like we were the most important clients he had.
