Ralph is a native of Jacksonville, Florida and began his tenure with H.S. Turner, Inc. in 1987. He has acted as Receiver for the United States Small Business Administration and has operated and managed businesses for the SBA to include hotel management as well as acting as court appointed Special Master for the Duval County Judicial System.
He is a member of the Southside United Methodist Church and a volunteer for "Meals on Wheels", The Cathedral Foundation of Jacksonville, Inc.
Ralph is also a recognized horse show judge for Hunter/Jumper Associations throughout the southeast, member of the United States Equestrian Federation, First Coast Hunter and Jumper Association and a North Florida Hunter/Jumper Association Life member.
