About Ralph

Ralph DiGuiseppe III serves as the Senior Vice President and Regional Manager for Long & Foster overseeing 2,000+ agents and 42 offices across all of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware. In this role he is responsible for the business development and growth of the company across this footprint, while establishing relationships to retain the real estate professionals associated with the country’s #1 real estate company. Additionally, Ralph works with Long & Foster’s business partners helping to provide customers with the total homeownership experience for their mortgage, title and insurance needs.
A graduate of St. Joseph’s University with bachelor of science degree in finance, Ralph initially worked on the Philadelphia Stock Exchange before obtaining more undergraduate credits while briefly attending the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. It was during this year at PCOM, that he would become a licensed real estate professional in Pennsylvania starting out as a part time agent. In less than a year, what started out as a part-time profession eventually turned into a full-time career currently spanning more than two decades. Growing up with a father who is a real estate developer and professional home builder, you can say that real estate was always meant to be a part of Ralph’s life.
In 2012 he obtained his first management position in Buckingham, Pennsylvania, where he continued to be a top producing agent while assuming his new role. Over the next four years he would manage in Buckingham and Doylestown Pennsylvania before becoming the managing broker at one of Long & Foster’s flagship locations in Media, Delaware County Pennsylvania.
During his free time, Ralph serves as the Mayor of Bristol Borough in Pennsylvania along with previously volunteering for the American Heart Association, Easter Seals, The Bristol Riverside Theater and other charitable foundations benefiting children and those in need. He currently lives in Bristol Borough Bucks County with his beloved daughter Sienna Jordan.
