Ralph Lechner

I was lucky to be born into a Real Estate active family. My Father, Fred was a Real Estate Broker in Illinois in the 1960's. We moved to Colorado Springs in the early 1970's. I bought my first house at age 16 and had my Real Estate license by my Senior year of High School. I've been a member of the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors since 1979. Whew time flies!

I live on the Westside and love the area. I have four grown children and now am a proud Grandfather to 12! In my off hours I enjoy playing handball, pickleball and I shoot pool in a league.

I joined RE/MAX in 1988. I hold several designations, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), RE/MAX Hall of Fame Member, and I've received the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award.

In January of 2024 I became an Independent Broker Owner of Lechner Real Estate under Metro Brokers and work out of the Metro Brokers office in Downtown Colorado Springs.

Lori Lechner

Born and raised in Southern California, I moved here with my two children in 1993, following my mother who relocated here in 1992. Having lived here for 30 years, Colorado Springs is now definitely “home” to us all.

I was licensed in California in 1986 and again here in Colorado in 1996. The majority of my adult life has been working in real estate in one fashion or another. I worked for over 18 years in the New Home Industry, selling new homes for some of the best local builders here in the Colorado Springs area.

I met my husband over 9 years ago, and we have been married over 6 years now and have joined forces as a real estate team. We are also now raising 3 of our youngest grandchildren, currently ages 8 ½, 6 and 3 ½. So, I split up my time assisting Ralph in running his real estate business, managing our rentals and getting involved in the kid’s activities, like Brownies, dance & soccer!
