Brought homes Have brought several investment properties with Ralph. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of real estate, especially the Hernando market,the short sale process, property management and rental, and property valuation, including monthly cash flow evaluation. Ralph's expertise in assessing the cost of repairs, remodels, etc. is invaluable. In fact Ralph often coordinates and oversees the repairs and remodels of properties he helps one acquire using his team of sub contractiors at discount prices. Ralph also has the highest level of integrity and always looks out for his clients best interest. He is resposive and available, always takes care of all the legwork for the client, and goes above and beyond in researching any properties of interest. Would highly recommend him as a realtor, and have. Doctor in Hernando County.

Sold my home Negotiation skills. Ralph sold my house at a fair but difficult price in a difficult market. He did a great job advertising and showing the house and made the final sale easy for me. As I had moved out of state. Ralph and his wife took care of the property and even helped me dispose of the remaining furnishings. Bought a Single Family Home for approximately $350K in Weeki Wachee, FL Ralph is the quintessential professional.
