Wow! Ralphael made my transition from Homeowner to Landlord such a breeze! I was able to transition into a new home, and list my current with ease. Ralphael and his team did all the work which took a lot of stress off of me (as we know moving can be very hectic). He is professional, personable and pretty much family at this point! He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable through the whole process, and understood my needs from start to finish!

I needed to sale a home of which I did! I needed to buy a home of which I did! All this was made possible by Rahel Joyner of TTR Sotheby’s International Realty. Raphael had my home under contract within 5 days of first showing. If you subtract the 2 days of open house it makes it 3 days. Raphael assisted me in finding my next home of which I love. I was looking at homes in Waldorf, but they were going as quick as I could view them lol. Raphael sent me some listing in an area I thought was too far, so I refused to even look at them for I wanted to stay local. One morning I said to myself what the hell, let me just look at the homes for kicks. I looked at the homes Raphael picked out and wow there it was! There was the home I pictured thus I need to see it immediately. Raphael took me down to the house (45min from previous home) and I was like this is the one I want. Rahael put the ball in motion and wa la... June 21 I was closing on selling my home and June 22 I was closing on buying my new home.

I came to Ralphael after not having much success with other realtors in this quick paced market. He was always professional, transparent and a good advisor throughout the house buying process. There were many times where I had last minute properties that I wanted to see after being shown multiple properties already and he was accommodating and flexible, rearranging his schedule to meet my needs. In the end, I am a homeowner and will use he services again to buy additional properties.

My spouse and I love working with Ralphael. He has always gone above and beyond for us. We've worked with him to buy our current house, put in numerous other offers, and to rent our property. He has been incredibly helpful in working with our remote circumstances. He has even gone so far as to help us out with things that are clearly not part of his job while we were away. I'm afraid Ralphael has us as clients for the rest of his career. We feel very good about working with him and the tenants he has found us.
