Raluca moved to Phoenix in 2001 and fell in love with the sunny, blue sky immediately! She relocated here from the heart of Transylvania (Cluj, Romania). In the romantic, old historic city she graduated with a master’s degree in finance and insurance. Later, she earned her master’s in business administration in Phoenix. Raluca followed her 2 passions - numbers and aesthetics.
Raluca worked full time as a finance professional, analyzing budgets as high as $4 Billion (yes, with a B) for some of the most prestigious companies in the world (American Express, Bank of America and Honeywell), while still following her passion for design and anything home related, helping friends and family with their real estate needs.
Raluca maintained an active real estate license since 2003. All these years, through the ups and downs in the market, helping buyers and sellers, investing herself in real estate, she learned many secrets of the trade, but most importantly, she realized that there is no greater sense of fulfilment than when she is able to successfully help a friend through the complicated real estate transaction.
In 2018, it became clear that doing real estate part time is no longer fulfilling enough and Raluca left the corporate world to dedicate herself entirely to real estate. She believes that there is no better reward than somebody looking into your eyes and saying, ‘Thank you for helping me getting through this!’ That is the driver behind her service- putting people at ease through a complicated and sometimes emotional process. A wise woman once said: “if you love what you do, you will have more fulfillment and clients will take notice”.
