As the CEO of Ram Realty Trust, Ram Kalagara features an extensive background of more than twenty-five years involving multi-million-dollar financial planning, real estate development and brokerage, and engineering design and construction.

With this 360-degree professional view, Ram has cultivated the fundamental skills to maximize quarterly investor dividends and help them achieve sustainable financial freedom. At the start of his progressive career, Ram graduated from Nagarjuna University in India with a Civil and Environmental Engineering degree and later earned his Master's in Computer and Information Sciences at Cleveland State University in Ohio.
Ram has a strong performance history in assessment, project management, and design/execution of custom-built software applications, all with a keen focus on safety. Furthermore, he has worked for numerous other fortune 500 companies, including IBM, Bank of America, Abbott, British Petroleum (BP), and KeyBank).

Ram has collected over nine years of experience in residential and commercial real estate sales, development, and multi-family property management. He has leveraged a strong and diverse history with his advanced network of banks, builders, brokers, and traders to establish Ram Realty, a brokerage that currently has more than thirty-five agents and has since closed 500+ transactions worth over $155M. As a dynamic professional and sophisticated investor, Ram has a genuine ardency for helping others obtain their profit objectives and unlock the financially secured futures they deserve. His goal is to empower investors with in-depth market insight and proactively acquire, manage, and sell the property accordingly to solidify maximum profit returns - all while delivering positive constructive experiences along the way. Ram continuously strives to not only meet expectations but exceed them every time.

When he is not working or expanding, you can often find him playing tennis, working out at CrossFit, watching movies, being active in his community, and spending time with his amazing wife Sridevi, daughter, Sanjana, and son, Srikar.
