In October of last year, my husband found out he had a job promotion. We were very ecstatic about it, but with the promorion meant we had to move to the Raleigh/Durham area and sell our home. The home we had to sell was the first home we'd ever purchased, and we lived there for 7 years. We knew very little about the process of selling a home and purchasing another.
