Ramona has been in real estate since 2003. Becoming part of the John L. Scott family was an easy decision for her. As a broker with this company, she already had a presence and reputation in the market and it’s a family business and well-known locally. John L. Scott was the only company she interviewed with, and she is thrilled to be part of the team.
Before she became a broker, she always worked in very customer-facing roles. Ramona was a manager at Bank of America and spent eight years before that in retail and customer service. When she began exploring other career options, her husband suggested real estate. She loves her job and as a broker, not only does she have the opportunity to continually educate herself and learn new things, but she also helps people achieve the ultimate “American Dream” to purchase a home.
She collaborates with clients of all backgrounds, from first-time homebuyers to investor clients. She considers herself to be a great communicator and she is thankful for the referrals that she receives! In addition to English, she speaks Romanian and French, and many of her clients come from within the Romanian community. At the end of the day, what’s most important to her is that her clients are as comfortable as possible and that they know she is always there to act as a support system. She is a seasoned professional and certified negotiator!
Ramona is based in the Kent area, and she also helps clients buy and sell in and around Bothell, Seattle, Mill Creek, Everett, Lynnwood, Federal Way, Puyallup and Bonney Lake. Whether you are new to the area or simply curious about the market, she would love to chat with you. She is an active member of my community and contributes a portion of each commission to the John L. Scott Foundation. She is also a big animal lover (in particular golden retrievers!) and regularly donates to local animal shelters.
When she has time to herself, she loves to travel, spend time with her dog, go to the movies and enjoy great food.
