Ramses was a joy to work with. His technical knowledge of the field as well as ability to establish rapport with anyone I've seen him meet is quite impressive. He was responsive at any time I reached out to him day or night, and it was very obvious from day one that he was on my side and out in the field fighting for me as we searched for my first house. He was able to help me navigate this convoluted process by explaining unknown terms and the likely scenarios that will arise throughout the home buying experience. I would recommend nobody more highly ( and have done to several colleagues and family members) and I'm holding on to his number for all future real estate endeavors.

Due to unfortunate circumstances.. I was in a position where I had to sell my home. My future financial livelihood was wrapped up in the equity of my home. I knew I needed to sell my home for Maximum top dollar and was referred to Ramses from Marketplace Sotheby’s international Realty. Not only did my house sell in less than 3 days.. but it broke the record of sells by tens of thousands of dollars in the neighborhood. I couldn’t recommend the services of Ramses Real Estate enough !
