Randy is a true Floridian, born and raised right here in Pinellas County, Fl. Growing up, he was always involved with extra-curricular activities throughout his community, school and church. He graduated from Dixie Hollins High School in 1985 and went on to graduate from Saint Petersburg College with an Associates degree as well as the University of South Florida with a Bachelor Arts & Sciences degree in Criminology and Sociology. His hobbies include spending time with his wife & three children, boating, hunting, fishing & enjoying the Florida sunshine.
