Randall Bozard

Randall is the President and Founder of Velocity Commercial Real Estate. He has completed over 200 transactions in excess of $100M in his 19 year career and represented companies looking to purchase, lease, and develop commercial properties. He is skilled with both offense and defense when negotiating lease agreements and purchase contracts.

Vast knowledge of the Charlotte real estate market and national experience in acquisitions and dispositions (core and value added properties), asset management, investment properties, leasing, sales, development and strategic planning with a track record in improving return on invested capital.

Randall is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. He is a Member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors and has experience brokering commercial real estate since 2000.
