I have been licensed for over Twenty -Two years in Florida and have also held a license in the state of New Jersey.

I have received certifications as A First Time Homebuyer representative in Miami-Dade County and completed training in Short Sales, Pre-Foreclosure, Foreclosures, Abatement, and 1031 property exchanges.

With a degree in Business Administration specializing in Marketing, and Organization,
I helped develop the curriculum and frameworks used for the first Academy of Real Estate in Miami Dade County Public Schools.

I am a formerly licensed mortgage broker for the state of Florida, and have owned several restaurants and a commercial fishing business.

Attention to detail and my knowledge of the mortgage industry have allowed me to work well with probate attorneys in the liquidation of family assets and with developers in acquiring land for multifamily dwellings.

I have listed and sold commercial and residential properties worth millions of dollars, and managed multifamily units for clients. I have negotiated contracts for lease of commercial office space for customers.
