Randall Fred

Randy Fred was reared in Beverly Hills and graduated from the University of Southern California. Upon graduation he became a talent agent with one of the nation's top agencies. He left the agency business to become a personal manager and shortly thereafter decided to change careers and entered the field of real estate sales. Due to his expertise in marketing homes, representing buyers in their purchases and successfully negotiating transactions, Randy was asked to become part of the management team of Coldwell Banker. Always looking for new challenges, the opportunity to guide/direct others in becoming successful real estate professionals was irresistible. The experience of working with buyers and sellers, including many in highly-affluent neighborhoods, added to his ability to handle the many intricacies of managing and contributed greatly to his ability to develop strategies needed in developing a successful real estate career. In 1990 Randy became an associate manager in the Coldwell Banker Beverly Hills North office. In 1999, Randy became the manager of the Pasadena Office. Under his direction this office had repeatedly earned the distinction of being a Premier office. A designation only given to the leading offices in the nation. During his active sales career he qualified as a member of the President's Elite-representing the top 1% of agents nationwide. Throughout his career both Randy and his offices have been honored with several awards. Randy is still involved in representing several of his long standing buyers and sellers, in addition to those personally referred to him by his past clients. His negotiation and marketing expertise (perfected over many years) coupled with his passion, integrity and availability are all attributes that have contributed greatly to his ability; to successfully and repeatedly work with many of the same clients and their referrals. Close working relationships with agents, locally and nationally, brings a unique and added advantage to his marketing expertise. Additionally, Randy was a past restaurant owner. He continues to publish a list of some 450 California restaurants that is distributed to his friends and clients. He and his wife, Carol, are gourmet cooks who entertain frequently. They share their home with their Italian Greyhounds and Whippets.
