About Randall

Randall began his career in the Central Florida hotel and hospitality industry in 1989 after graduating from The Florida State University with a degree in Business Administration and a focus on Marketing and Communications. Randall worked for such industry giants as Walt Disney World, ITT Sheraton/Starwood Hotels and Rosen Hotels & Resorts where he always held a leadership role including a General Management position.

Although Randall has been a Licensed Florida Realtor since 1997 in 2004 he decided to make real estate his focus and assumed the role of Director of Sales and marketing for a multi-family real estate development company where he oversaw the sales and marketing of the companies ground up and re-development projects that approached $100,000,000 dollars in sales. Randall also started his own real estate company, Quantum Realty Group, where he focused on residential real estate sales in the central downtown Orlando and SW Orlando markets specifically. In 2007 Randall joined Boyd Development Corporation, central Florida's leading commercial real estate firms where he concentrated on commercial sales and leasing of retail and commercial properties. In 2011 Randall joined the world's leading real estate firm, Coldwell Banker, where he now focuses on residential and commercial sales representing both Buyers and Sellers.

As a central Florida Native and real estate professional there is no one better suited to assist Buyers looking to call central Florida their home or Sellers looking to capitalize on their sale than Randall.

Randall has been married to the love of his life, Carrie Roberts Gill, since 1993 and they have two beautiful daughters, Elizabeth Lane and Arden Grace. The Gill's have made SW Orlando their home, specifically the City of Winter Garden, where they are actively involved in the community, local ministries and enjoy living the central Florida Lifestyle.
