We are in fact REAL sisters!

Our name is true, we are sisters. We chose to work with John L Scott because it's a family owned business. Working with us means you will be treated like family. You will see us for who we are, we may provide you a difference in opinion/perspective, we may even bicker a bit but we will always be honest, loyal and your advocate. Real Estate can be an emotional roller coaster and we are here to help ground you and focused on your end goals. We often joke, that we play good cop, bad cop while negotiating. The truth of it is, we each bring two very different skill sets to the table. While one of us is more analytical the other will be more personable. I'll let you guess which one is which!

Island Sisters was born in 2013, we both started together. Randi was licensed and showing homes two weeks prior to Caron. The day Caron was licensed, we wrote up our first offer and have been drinking from a fire hose ever since! Today we couldn't be prouder of what we've accomplished.

Even when we aren't working, we're still working. As a family we take multiple trips down to Disneyland to run in their Half Marathon Weekends. Disneyland has become a big part of our success, it is our second home and office. In fact, we can confidently say we've gotten several offers accepted while sitting in the Tea Cup outside the Mad Hatter and negotiated inspections on the steps of the Haunted Mansion.
