My wife and I are senior citizens who wanted to move from Virginia to Maryland in order to be closer to our daughter and to her family. Ms. Randi Caplin provided exceptional professional service as our agent as we were looking for a house in Maryland Randi took time to understand exactly what we were looking for in terms of a house. She then provided us with a steady flow of listings based upon our precise specifications.
Throughout the search process, Randi was always responsive, promptly returning our calls or text messages. She was always available to organize visits of houses we were interested in. Randi always provided very wise advice as we were dealing with potential sellers or with the mortgage company. Randi is a talented negotiator who combines an outstanding work ethic with unique interpersonal skills and with a deep knowledge of the real estate market in Maryland. This made our search for our ideal new home very successful. We are deeply grateful to Randi.

Randi was fabulous! She worked with the needs of my schedule since I was coming from out of town. She knew what I was looking for - especially as a female buyer. One of my main concerns was finding a home in a safe area. Not only was she very accommodating, but she knew exactly what I was looking for. When we found the right home, she was a bulldog in getting the deal done! We may not have gotten the house without her! I would definitely recommend Randi!

There aren't words to describe how supported we felt working with Randi. We were first time homebuyers with little experience of the market and the homebuying process. Randi was there every step of the way to walk us through each detail. She was responsive and engaged every step of the way. I have heard the house buying process can be a nightmare, but that was not our experience. When things were in flux, Randi was there to calm us down, when things were going great, Randi was there just as excited as we were. She was professional and even keeled. During the closing process she was able to negotiate details of the deal that we didn't know were possible. Honestly, she's one of Maryland's best agents for a reason. Randi is literally the best.

THIS LADY GETS REALTOR OF THE YEAR!!!!!! Hands down the MOST professional, knowledgeable, flexible, honest and one of the dearest people I have ever met. Shopping for a house is hard and looking for the perfect home is harder. Randi was perfect for the job. She knows the area, listened to what I liked and didn’t like and helped my family find a house that is absolutely perfect for us. She went above and beyond to make it happen for us. I was out of state most of the time but when I was here she had a detailed itinerary for our day and the time to let me walk through the house again to see one more time lol. I loved the experience of looking for my family’s forever home with Randi. She made this seem so easy. She was patient and understanding of our needs.
