Randi is a recognized leader in the field and has received several awards from Westchester Real Estate, Inc.

Since joining, Randi has continued to grow her business and launched the Randi Culang Team. The focus of the team is to be true partners in the selling, buying, and renovation process. Randi’s vast experience in new construction involves working with a deep bench of vetted professionals. From designing floor plans to selecting finishes, she adds value in each stage. She has overseen total transformations and ground-up developments on behalf of her clients.

Randi is a 2001 graduate of Duke University. Prior to becoming an agent, Randi was the Vice President, Global Consumer Goods & Services Research Head at Gerson Lehrman Group, the premier expert network research firm, where she specialized in client service and team management. She is also the founder of an established interior design firm, RRC Design, and an experienced project manager, delivering on vision, creativity, and design.

Randi resides in Scarsdale with her husband, son, and daughter, and is a member of the Westchester County Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is Co-President of the Fox Meadow Neighborhood Association (FMNA) and has been an active volunteer at Westchester Reform Temple in Scarsdale and the Fox Meadow School PTA. In her spare time, she enjoys singing (a former a cappella recording award winner), spinning, running, traveling, and spending time with her family.
