I was referred to Randi Guerrero by a fellow investor, as I explained that I wanted to receive top dollar for my investment property. Well, she definitely accomplished that! Randi was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the entire process. We had our first showing within 3 days of it being listed on the MLS and in 3 weeks, had a full price offer!! She brought a great deal of creativity to the staging, connected me to an awesome photographer and communicated with me about every step in the sales process along with a very refreshing "roll up your sleeves" kind of attitude that every homeowner should be lucky enough to find when searching for a realtor. I would highly recommend Randi Guerrero to any investor or homeowner across the inland empire.
