Growing up in Arizona Randie has learned to love and appreciate its natural beauty, from the Sonoran Desert to the high desert mountainous community of Flagstaff.

She was fortunate to be raised by a family of engineers, Realtors®, contractors and investors. This environment gave her the tools to be self-motivated, goal oriented, dedicated and honest in all that she pursues.

These traits extend into her relationships with her clients, her friends. As a long time local resident, Randie is a good resource to help you navigate the many unique neighborhoods Flagstaff has to offer. She is proud to be part of the local community, super grateful for the ease of access to explore our natural lands and to also be a piece of the happiness that drives this city to be as awesome as it is!
It was only a matter of time before she meet her husband and they started their construction company together and continued to grow their personal Real Estate Endevours. She became a mother and has since created something special both personally and professionally! Truly loving the industry and the relationships built, Randie continues to thrive assisting her clients to reach their goals of home ownership. Thinking outside of the box, focusing on strong relationships and connections are at the root of her outlook on life and professionalism.
