Randy Masters, the President of Masters Team Mortgage, started in the mortgage loan business in 1989. Randy’s close ties to the community and passionate dedication have resulted in countless satisfied customers and continued relationships in the business dating back over 25 years. Especially concerned with the mystery and confusion borrowers face today, Randy has made it his personal mission to care for the well-being and happiness of others and provide guidance and support to all those in need.
Randy Masters started in the mortgage loan business in 1989. This industry was a natural career choice for Randy and he devoted himself to the business. Randy is a native Californian, raised in the Sacramento Valley, and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis. Randy enjoys staying active in sports such as triathlons, mountain biking, yoga, sailing, and skiing. He supports health and fitness as a part of an overall successful lifestyle, and incorporates it into his daily personal and business life. He deeply cares for the well-being and happiness of others and provides guidance and support to help others achieve their goals.
In 1996, Randy and two partners started a new corporation to build and develop a large net branch operation in Roseville. The company has over 900 employees in over 135 Branches along the Western United States and continues to add and develop new branches into this affiliate family. During his tenure there, Randy held two roles. In his role as Branch Manager, Randy managed the #1 Branch, and increased production over 600% while maintaining over 95% employee retention during his tenure as Branch Manager. While Randy was Vice President of the parent company, the company increased its overall production to $3.3 billion in annual closed loan volume.
Randy has been investing in real estate since the 1980s. Randy has owned hundreds of units of residential real estate, ranging from single-family, duplex, four-plexes, to large apartment buildings. Randy has also been involved in forming numerous joint ventures that have allowed for the purchase of large commercial properties. Randy owns an investment corporation, with a wide portfolio of investments and joint ventures, and actively creates new revenue and growth opportunities for investors. Randy is also one of the largest investors in a nationwide real estate company with over 3,000 agents and holds a position on the Board of Directors.
Dedicating himself to coaching, mentoring, and training all those he comes in contact with, Randy has a thirst for knowledge and growth. He is involved in regular coaching for continued development of leadership abilities such as Rapport Leadership International, Todd Duncan, Anthony Robbins and The Strategic Coach.
