Excellent Real Estate Agent!! My son used Randy for a dual transaction during the most challenging market this past summer. Randy not only helped him prepare his townhouse for sale which resulted in a ratified contract the same day it hit the market for 10k above asking, he also helped him find a beautiful single family home for 15k under asking price in a market that commanded well above asking price! We were so thankful for his negotiating skills; he was remarkable! I would highly recommend Randy and would definitely use him in the future!!

If there were more than 5 stars Randy deserves it. He works hard for his clients, he constantly stays in communication through out the whole experience. He always looked out for my best interest, and making sure I was happy. He provided guidance in the whole process from staging my house to settlement. Randy did all his homework to make sure my house sold quickly. He sent me comps, prepared marketing material, negotiated with the buyers agent. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and has a lot of sales experience. I highly recommend him, and I will be saving his number for future sales and purchases.
