Since joining J.P. Weigand & Sons, Inc. Flickinger spent 58 years of his life living fifty miles North of Wichita in McPherson, where he owned and managed Advantage Real Estate Services, Inc., his extremely successful real estate brokerage. During his tenure in McPherson, Randy sold over 2,000 properties totaling more than $250 million dollars in sales volume. Whether it is a vacant lot, or a multi-million-dollar shopping center, Randy enjoys the challenge of bringing buyers and sellers together.
