He ALWAYS has time for his clients and will take the time to answer all of your questions. We have recently moved out of state and Randy is still answering questions we have. That is the level of service and caring you receive when you are client of Randy. I was referred to Randy by a mutual friend who was recently represented by him when selling her home. As a first-time homebuyer in Phoenix’s buyer-saturated market, Randy helped me secure the home I wanted. After our first offer fell short amongst eight competing buyers, Randy coached me on what it takes to win a contract in today’s extremely competitive seller’s market. We ultimately secured a contract on the second home while beating out seven competing offers. Randy successfully navigated several challenges during our inspection period to keep the deal moving forward. Randy represented us as both buyers (in 2005) and sellers (in 2020). He is attentive, knowledgeable, patient and supportive. Randy was integral to getting our house in tiptop condition for sale. Since we live out of state, he was able to meet with contractors to figure out what we needed to get done to get the best bang for our buck. The sale had numerous challenges, but Randy was always there to help us through it with information and a positive attitude. We would definitely recommend Randy to any friends looking for a realtor in the Phoenix area.
