Randy does such a awesome job with pictures and video and Yvonne knows how to market your property better then 99 percent of the realtors out there. Randy and Yvonne recently sold our home of 25 years and we couldn't be more pleased with their amazing work.

Selling a home is trying, but if you don't have the right realtors, that task becomes much more challenging. I'm happy to say that our realtors, Randy and Yvonne Hoyt, made the process smooth and painless. The work they provided throughout the experience was beyond anything we could have asked for.

I'd particularly like to compliment them on their knowledge and expertise in the entire real estate sales process. For instance, using area comps, they were able to provide an asking price that came in within $1,000 of the final appraisal. And the immediate and incredible interest that was shown was in no doubt attributable to the fantastic photos and video that they created.

And as far as their responsiveness: it was outstanding! I prefer texting and I understand that realtors do a lot of driving. But even if they weren't available at that second, they always got back with me in a timely manner.

I could go on and on about the incredible level of service we received from Randy and Yvonne but I think I've gone on too long already. Just be assured that, if you put your trust in the two of them, you will not be disappointed.

The decision of choosing the right Realtor when buying or selling your home is an extremely important one. After checking various Realtor agencies and the realtors associated with them, we decided to meet with Randy and Yvonne Hoyt from the Remax/Platinum group to sell our Michigan home.

Shortly into our first meet with Randy and Yvonne, we immediately knew we had made the right choice for our Realtor team. They brought so much positive energy as well as demonstrating their commanding knowledge of the current housing market to this important first meeting. The enthusiasm they showed for helping us to sell our home was very uplifting. Their numerous dual and individual talents allowed them to inform us of the required and suggested stages of selling our home. This allowed us to gain the necessary understanding and comfort as we set up the important timelines to placing our home on the market all in a very professional and timely process.

One exceptional aspect of their value is in their team marketing approach. This became even clearer when we learned that Randy is a licensed drone operator. This along with Yvonne expertise in home marketing and current housing market movements. Together, they created a very inviting and beautiful video presentation of our home and quickly shared it through numerous social media venues to broadly market our home. Due to the expertise of this experienced team, our home sold very quickly.

We were able to work with Randy and Yvonne locally at first, then continued working remotely with them after we moved into our 2nd home some 1200 miles away. We were initially nervous about being so far away during the home-selling process, but they literally took care of everything, keeping us updated all the way. They made the entire process of selling our home very comfortable and easy for us.

We grew to know and appreciate them and their sense of humor more and more as the time past, to where they have also become our friends. It was truly a pleasure to work with them and we look forward to keeping in touch with them too.

It is without reservation that we can highly recommend Randy and Yvonne, it is obvious to us that they are very good at and love what they do. If you are buying or selling your home, you will be in excellent hands with them.

Randy and Yvonne knew what we were looking for and where we were looking, so when this house was listed they called us right away. They thought it might work and sure enough we loved it, and the price was right. We were pleased with the guidance they gave us and their attention to detail. Long story short- we still love the house and never regretted our choice.
