About Randy
Randy retired after a successful career in the US Army. After his military retirement and prior to relocating to Arizona, he specialized in Residential and Commercial Construction as a General Contractor in the Southeastern portion of the United States.
Randy and his family relocated to the West Valley in 2003. Upon his arrival in Arizona, he obtained a certification as a General Contractor by the State of Arizona. Although he retains his General Contractor license, he has dedicated himself to Commercial Real Estate Sales, Leasing and Real Estate Development since early 2004.
His background as a General Contractor gives him extensive knowledge of commercial construction from ground up, including tenant improvements. He feels that this especially qualifies him to discuss and advise clients and guide them through the process.
As a resident and associate broker specializing in West Valley commercial real estate, Randy is intimately involved in the communities and organizations that make up the West Valley and has extensive experience in Office, Retail, Industrial and Land sales and leasing.
Randy worked for numerous commercial brokerages then started his own commercial real estate brokerage, Green Street Commercial, in 2012.
As a twenty year, US Army veteran, Randy is active in veteran affairs and has special working relationships with Phoenix area Veteran Owned Businesses and is affiliated with the Phoenix Veteran's Chamber of Commerce. Randy is also the Co-Founder of the Arizona Veteran's Business Network.
Randy is passionate and enjoys working with small businesses, helping them work through some of the complexities of starting and growing a small business. He is a strong small business advocate and feels this is where he can make the strongest contribution to his community.
Randy enjoys meeting people, networking and growing relationships. He also enjoys traveling, golfing, mountain biking, hiking and Arizona and Nevada's great outdoors.
Randy and his family relocated to Las Vegas, Nevada in 2018 where he will continue his brokerage and offer commercial real estate services to the southern Nevada market.
