Lisa Verrino and Randy's team did a great job for me. I sold my house in 36 hours for $36,000 over asking price! The team and Lisa especially were quick in their responses to any problem that arose. We had a few problems along the way with the sellers but Lisa advised me well and we were able to resolve the issues and close on time. Relocating from NJ presented several challenges - time to search for and tour properties, developments to see and narrow down, new or existing homes, how to choose a location close to shopping, but not have it in your backyard and how to make a smart purchase in a rising market. Dan Schmidt, on Team Randy, was exceptional in every way. We bought a beautiful new construction on the perfect lot and there is no way we expected to buy in this area, nor a new construction, but the home and lot is perfect for us in every way. This is the third time I have used Randy in a real estate transaction - twice as a buyer and once as a seller. Our first deal was a sale with Randy as our agent. In 2009 in a horrible market we had a deal in 21 days and closed 30 days later. We were impressed with his marketing efforts and his skill at negotiating a deal. We didn't even lose money after only owning the house for a year (had to move due to a job transfer). The sales transactions have run equally as smooth. Randy is always there with the right advice and the ability to negotiate through any rough spots. He also kept in contact as we moved through the whole process. We came to Jacksonville on a job transfer knowing absolutely nothing about the area. Randy introduced us to every area of Jacksonville and helped us make an intelligent decision about where to live. He is a no pressure kind of guy. He will show you what is available, tell you the pros and cons of living in a particular home and then let you decide - but, trust me, he will not let you make the wrong choice! If it's a bad investment he will tell you why. I was traveling on business a lot during the house search and I felt totally comfortable with Randy helping my wife locate a home.
