He walked me through the sale of an older property in need of rehab, and the entire process was handled with incredible professionalism and care. Despite multiple buyer complications, Randy stayed on top of everything, communicated each step of the way, and negotiated terms of a sale very close to the listing price in a tough housing market.

His communication was always clear, timely, and honest, which made what could have been a stressful process feel surprisingly easy. He helped us find vendors and service people to finish our house . He has been in contact to make sure everything is going smooth . Randy Morrison is a realtor that I would recommend to everyone. And it’s not just Randy; it’s his entire team that he has assembled to work with him that makes him so special. He’s very proficient in what he does, rarely do you have to wait on him for things to happen. Being proactive was important to me since I had a difficult house to sell that was coming out of probate. Timing was important and Randy was on top of everything making sure the title company and other parties we’re ready to go. He is well aware of the latest technologies and the latest selling trends in the housing market. Randy had our house staged in ways that I did not think of, so I put my trust in him. Within a few weeks we had an all cash buyer.
Randy will take the time to explain to you the benefits of doing things a particular way and then let you make the choice how you want to proceed. He was also willing to go out of his way to take care of some personal things for me since I live out of state. He is well connected in the area. So for these reasons and more I would recommend him without hesitation.

Randy Morrison listed and sold our home in Melbourne, FL. He and his wife Dana Morrison are a great team at Re Max Aerospace in Palm Bay, FL. Randy was very thorough in working us through the process of pricing our home, and preparing it for photos prior to listing. As it turned out, Dana, was working with an out of state client who was so impressed by the staging in the photos that they made an unconditional all-cash offer which we accepted. Having our home sell and being able to being packing for our out-of-state move without going through showings was the best part. We highly recommend Randy Morrison to anyone selling or buying a home. Our experience selling our home with him was excellent. He came to our house and was professional and courteous. He gave us his appraisal within a short period of time. It was amazingly detailed with many comparable homes and very impressive. He talked us through various aspects of how we should present our house. He hooked us up with a photographer who took wonderful pictures that highlighted the best aspects of our home. We had many showings and Randy kept us informed of the market trends and when we got an offer that we were considering, he helped with advice on counter offers. Recently sold our home with Randy and honestly we wouldn't go with a different realtor. Randy was upfront about what we could expect to get in this market, how long it might take to sell, and what buyers may want repaired. From listing to closing the transaction was smooth. We are currently looking for another house to build or purchase and Randy is helping us with that as well. We are regularly updated with lots and homes that are available as well as information on what builders are charging or how their prices are changing each week. Randy found us our dream house a year ago, it was new construction, was with us every step of the way through our build. Randy help with the project managers of our build and the builders agent. Found several mistakes on the plans and had them corrected. Once our new build was near completion Randy Listed our home, did a spectacular job with the marketing and had it sold within 2 hours of the open house. We cannot thank Randy more. His service is stellar.
