About Randy

With over 32 years of dedicated service in county government, my career has been driven by a lifelong passion for maps, property, and the ever-evolving digital landscape. I began my journey as a mapper, carefully drawing new subdivisions and parcel divisions by hand on mylar. As technology advanced, I transitioned into Geographic Information Systems (GIS), embracing new software from ESRI and finding a natural fit in the digital mapping world I’ve always loved.

My career later progressed to the role of County Assessor, where I valued all county properties for ad valorem taxation. This role deepened my understanding of real estate, valuation, and public service. In 2017, I took the next step and earned my real estate license — combining decades of experience with a new chapter in private-sector real estate.

On a Personal Note
I’ve been happily married for 31 years to my wonderful wife (Sheila Roberts), and we’re proud parents to two amazing adult children — Victoria Roberts Pierce (26) and Holden Randall Roberts (24).
