I cannot recommend Randy enough. I decided to sell my rental property and there were quite a few things to work out. Between having tenants on the property and explaining how everything would work, Randy did a fantastic job. We listed my home for 24 hours, during that time I had multiple offers, well over the asking price. One thing that really stood out to me was Randy's communication. Day or night if I had a question Randy did not hesitate to respond and he always kept me informed each step of the way. If you are looking for an incredibly hard working real estate agent, Randy is your man.

What an experience! For two years we have been trying to find a home due to our circumstances, but Randy never gave up on us. He stood the course with us. Sold a home in VA while living in PA. Randy was incredibly responsive through the whole process, from answering questions, to working with my schedule, to even helping do some minor repairs/upkeep. He recommended the right people to do major repairs and coordinated everything for me. We did have issues at closing, but it had to do with some of the buyer's paperwork, NOT Randy, and he was very responsive during this time as well - answering immediately any time I called or texted him, making sure everything was squared away and kept moving, and giving me the sense that he was going to handle any problems that arose. Would HIGHLY recommend.

I was referred to Randy by a mutual friend and I was very glad that I hired him. It was a long process for us because we were looking for an affordable home that would be our dream home. Randy accepted the challenge and showed us alot houses before we found the right one. Randy proved to us that he actually cared for our business by answering our calls, which were sometimes in the late hours. He helped us find a house that was in our price range and helped negotiate a great deal which I think was the most important partofthe process. Because of Randy's knowledge we saved alot of money. We closed today and I am excited but very Thankful to Randy. I would recommend him to anyone!

Randy helped me buy my first home a few years ago and he was awesome! He would stop everything at the drop of a dime to take me to see homes, and he always had my best interests in mind. I told him exactly what I was looking for and instead of trying to push more expensive homes or something that wasn't in the area I wanted, he was patient with me until we found the one that was just right. Now he is helping my wife and I buy our first home together and we couldn't be happier with him. We are buying New Construction this time and even though it's a much longer and more stressful process, he has gone above and beyond to make sure everything goes right each step of the way. Thanks to technology and the help of an amazing realtor we were able to view homes from California. Randy was on top of it all for us. He answered every call, and a million of my texts and emails right away. He made us feel so comfortable with the home buying process.
