I cannot say enough good about our experience with Randy Smith as a realtor at Beverly Hanks! We wanted to move from Tennessee to North Carolina in the middle of a crazy real estate market and needed to find a home fairly quickly in the Hendersonville area because I had a new job to start in NC in 6 wks. Randy certainly lives up to his title as a relocation specialist. He knows this area very well and is very proud of it and is excited to show it to others.

After meeting with my husband and I all day on a Saturday to show us homes, he understood our specific needs clearly. He spent the next week or two previewing homes that I had sent him. When he would find a home that he felt might meet our needs, he made arrangements to meet with my husband to show him the homes. After four or five all day trips down to North Carolina, we Finally found a home in Tryon. Randy was extremely responsive and professional when it came to getting paperwork done and dealing with the seller’s agent. He was a wonderful advocate for us when it came to negotiation, and he was extremely adept at keeping ahead of details and communicating with us constantly. There are very few people who live up to my expectations as quick, responsive communicators and Randy is one of them.

We had many hiccups along the way (unrelated to Randy) including our TN homebuyers backing out of the deal at the last minute and having to redo our home loan as a result and an appraisal that delayed closing. Throughout all of this Randy remained positive, professional, and an advocate for us. He tracked down information, he smooth things over with an irritated attorney office, and he made it to our closing. Moving from one state to another in a crazy real estate market and starting a new job is stressful— the only thing that went well was all of our dealings with Randy Smith. We are eternally grateful he was assigned to us!
