Randy Waters grew up in south-eastern Idaho and launched his real estate career in 2005 right after college.
Since 2010, he has woken with SVN High Desert Commercial and C21 High Desert, where he serves as managing director. No matter how big or small the transaction, Waters Focuses on open communication, know the market inside and out, making clients feel comfortable. Having worked with big name corporations and a variety of other local developers. His dedication to people is part of what has made him stand out in the commercial real estate field.
Waters graduated from Brigham Young University Idaho with a bachelor’s in business management. Outside of work he enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and four kids.

His personal interest include atv riding, camping, smoking food on his Yoder YS1500. He resides in Idaho Falls with his wife and four kids.
