Randy Wilson

My name is Randy Wilson. I grew up on Oak island and lived in the Southport area for much of my life. I graduated from East Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration concentrating in finance. I have two sons who are my pride and joy. I was first licensed as a real estate broker in February 2006 and have been continuously licensed since that date. I have a thorough knowledge of Real Estate listings, sales contracts and contract language. I have experience and a thorough knowledge of general real estate sales, short sales, foreclosures, rentals and property management. I have served as Office Manager and Property Manager with Port Realty since 2005 and am currently the Broker In Charge. I think you will find the Southport and Oak Island area to be unique compared to other areas. Brunswick County is conveniently located between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach SC.
