Formerly a business owner, Alex had a 35-year career in sales and sales management, developing his communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. He has been leveraging the internet since the early days, and he has expertise in search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, video, and online marketing — all of which he puts to work for his real estate clients.
Alex works with many investors and second-home buyers from all over the United States, Canada, and Germany, but he also works with people who are relocating to the area and business owners seeking a more relaxed way of life close to Southwest Florida’s gorgeous beaches. In his free time, Alex and his wife, Nina, enjoy Florida’s cultural offerings — attending shows, concerts, restaurants, and shops. Alex and Nina are also active in local charity efforts, and their passion for inspiring and assisting organizations led them to create the King Family Foundation in 2020. They’re also dedicated to keeping Southwest Florida’s water clean and support Friends of Lovers Key and Captains for Clean Water.
