My story starts with a flyer that Raquell Ott made of my home and sent it to us in the mail. We happened to be thinking about selling at that very time and thought that this was meant to be. We are so glad that we chose Raquell when we were ready to sell this Spring. In this crazy seller's market she help us every step of the way, and made sure we had a beautiful and professional presentation to showcase our home. She also explained everything to us well and gave us lots of updates as we navigated through the showings, offers, inspections and finally closing. It was relatively effortless even though the last time we bought a home was 25 years ago. Raquell is a skilled professional realtor that makes you feel like you are going through the process with a close friend that has your best interest in mind.

I was a nervous first time homebuyers and I saw Raquel's picture and phone number on the bottom of a home listing page. I was already working with another realtor, but I didn't feel comfortable sharing my questions and concerns with them - I was intimidated by the entire process. Raquel seemed friendly and personable. I called Raquel several times and she patiently entertained my questions. She invited me to her office and she let me bring my son with me, understanding that I couldn't get last minute daycare as a single mom. I decided to switch to Raquel as my realtor and she was with us through every step of the home buying process. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely down to earth. She made the process fun and I no longer felt intimidated or nervous. She listened to my preferences concerning where I wanted to live and what I wanted in a home. I met Raquel 11 years ago when I bought my first house in Gloucester, VA. Since then I have bought two more properties using her as my agent (even though one fell thru). I even recommended my brother to her and he bought a house through her a few months ago. Raquel is very professional, a great person, and very quick to respond to questions you may have as a buyer.
