My husband and I are so grateful to Raquel for her work on our behalf in buying our home and selling our previous home. She made buying and selling easy, understandable, and successful. Raquel was action-oriented in all the needed and helpful ways. She was always available with support, solutions, and hard work to meet our goals. Raquel helped us prepare our house for selling, understand the market, connect us to all the right supportive people, and consistently walk us through each step with support and information. Raquel was never pushy and felt like our partner through all the challenges and work. We had a very successful experience - finding a home that we are thrilled with and exceeding the goals we had in selling our previous home. This is the first Google review I've ever left and it is because we loved working with Raquel so much!

I cannot thank enough, realtor Raquel Perez-McDonald for helping me make it possible to purchase my first home. Raquel was truly exceptional. From the start, Raquel took initiative, was proactive, available, receptive, responsive, and highly professional. I am impressed by her level knowledge and the amount of data about the market. She helped me understand the smallest details of a home and its needs in order for me to make the decision that worked best. As a single woman buying my first home, she understood my needs, provided education and sage guidance in helping me make my final decision. Our experience with Raquel has been a blessing! Raquel is an expert in her field, and it shows! She demonstrates specialized knowledge in her field of work. She holds high standards, and a level of professionalism that we appreciated. She is a great communicator and always responds in a timely manner. She has blown us away with not only her knowledge of the realator world but her overall knowledge regarding the structure of homes, and more.

This is our first time buying a home and she gave us her honest opinion regarding each and every home we viewed which helped us narrow down the perfect home. Once we found our house she made the process so easy for us. We knew we were in good hands and didn’t have to worry about anything. My husband and I have have purchased a home, as well as most recently sold a home with Raquel and I can not say enough about what a hard working professional Raquel is. Raquel always delivers!! She is attentive and her timing is always on point. She knows this business inside and out and it shows. There is not a problem that Raquel can not solve and she is alway one step ahead and prepared for anything. Raquel’s services were endless as she coordinated paint, counters, appliances, flooring, hardware, landscaping and staging. I highly recommend Raquel wether you are buying or selling a home. RAQUEL PEREZ-MCDONALD Is the best Realtor i have known, helpful in any way. Very professional, responsive and treats you like family. I bought a house through her and sold it by her. My house was sold within 4 days of giving her the ok to listed. Sold the house for more than what the bank evaluation was. Very helpful in getting the house clean and ready for the next owner.
