We met Raschel by a serendipitous chance, through a common friend who told us he knew “A great Realtor”. We took our time choosing by interviewing 5 agents from 3 different companies. All the agents were very good, but Raschel won hands down. She took the time to really go over our house and make many good suggestions to improve the value of our home without going overboard. We felt she guided us into the sweet spot of giving attention to every detail without going “over-the-top” (like pulling out tile floors or countertops). She stopped by each week as we were prepping the house for sale and continued to bring her observations up for discussion. Raschel has fantastic marketing skills and really did the up front prep work to make our Open Houses a success. Raschel has all the professionalism, attentiveness and business savvy that made our house sale a success, but Raschel brought two additional items that made her stand out, her honesty, which was very important to us, and lastly, she’s just a lot of fun. She kept the whole process upbeat and light-hearted. And although we did not attend our Open House, I’m sure her big smile and warm personality charmed every person who walked through our doors. We would use Raschel again in a heart-beat.

Raschel Kloos is a professional, knowledgeable agent. We moved out of state and she took care of every job we needed done. She took out the trash, made sure the yard was maintained and removed old furniture. She kept us informed of changes in the market so our house was listed for the right price. Raschel Kloos was amazing as our realtor during our home purchase. She was there to answer any and all question all along the way and made us extremely comfortable with our purchase, she pulled records and checked any and issues that came up during escrow and even after we closed. I met Raschel purely by accident. I called her on a piece of property advertised in Vista that turned out to be in Peru. But we ended up talking and I was looking for a place but thought home ownership was out of my reach. Raschel said she could make it happen and helped me every step of the way including cleaning up some credit issues, building some credit, and financing. I think from the time I met her to when I got my keys was close to a year. That’s dedication. She even helped me afterwards setting me up with some affordable contractors to do some repairs and upgrades to my new place. I can’t say enough good things about Raschel. I recommend her to everyone I meet all the time because of her dedication and the attention she gave to me as a buyer. Trust me when I say there are some REALLY bad realtors out there and they will take you for 10’s of thousands of dollars if you’re not paying close attention. If you’re reading reviews to find out if she’s the best one for you. Stop now. You’re done.

When we were searching for realtors we knew we needed someone who was going to be communicative and on top of things. Raschel, by far, has exceeded our expectations and was an absolute joy to work with. Purchasing property has been extremely nerve wracking, especially in San Diego county. But, with Raschel’s guidance, we were able to purchase our first home! While it was stressful she turned those moments around with her humor and dazzling personality. I absolutely recommend her to everybody!
