I’ve been in contact with Rashad for years as I contemplated buying or not buying and he always answered my questions patiently and so thoroughly that when we were FINALLY ready to pull the trigger, there was no question we’d work with him. At the height of a frenzied market, he made it possible to make a winning offer on the third house we saw within a week of looking. It was so stress free and quick. He is just amazing to work with, truly. He is a market nerd and also has great intuition. He can answer any questions with great insight. Don’t hesitate to work with him. He’s a fantastic human and we adore him and thank him every day for the perfect house he helped us close for under market value! I recommend him all the time to any friends considering a home purchase.
