The best. I couldn’t express accurately to my family why we needed a real estate agent but I knew to sell the home the right way (and quickly due to our time constraints) we had to have one. Rasheed was and is everything I thought a real estate agent should be and more. Blew my mind. I already had super high expectations and he blew those out of the water. You want to sell your home and get the best possible outcome? The best possible communication and The best possible period….. Look no where else. FYI.. he had the home sold in less than 30 days at asking price. like I said we didn’t have the luxury of time and he understood the assignment. It couldn’t have worked out better.

FABULOUS AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICE: If I could give Rasheed Anderson of Drop Key Realty LLC SIX STARS, I would! Rasheed worked with my family and I to sell my dad's home (located on Baychester Avenue in the North Bronx). Because my dad was also in the process of purchasing another home (in another state), it was imperative that the NYC home was sold at asking price - and done expeditiously. Thanks for Rasheed's understanding of the market and savvy marketing, we received multiple offers and we were able to close quickly!

FIVE STAR REALTOR!: I recently required the services of an experienced real estate agent who is very completely familiar with the New York City market. After reviewing the profiles and reviews of about 100 NYC agents, I decided to reach out to RASHEED ANDERSON, owner of Drop Key Realty LLC. I had very specific requirements and I needed a realtor who was knowledgeable and responsive. From the very first day of working with Rasheed, he established himself as a savvy real estate professional. In the end, my home (located in the North Bronx) was sold in record time (during a market that was becoming less favorable for sellers). We ultimately received multiple offers, including one for the asking price. More importantly, we were in the process of purchasing another property - and Rasheed worked diligently with me, my attorney, and all other parties, to ensure that we closed in a timely fashion.
