There is not enough words to describe the mannerisms and rapport of realtor - Rasheed Fluker. He is the heart of dealing realty and reality. He plays all his cards right. He does not miss appointments, follow-ups, in person, emails, texts messages or phone calls. He simply keeps his clients abreast of all transactions. A plus with Rasheed Fluker, is his faith and positivity that give strength to any situation that may appear grim. He is a giving, sharing, and caring individual that have his clients best interest at heart. He is blessed with a beautiful spirit, that desires only the best for others. Anyone who use this realtor will find the greatest trust, because at the end of every conversation, he leaves the client with positive thoughts for the best outcome. Below is my mother. She says, I love that guy!!!!!!!

Searching for a house in this current market has really been challenging, however I am thankful for having such a knowledgeable, patient, kind and understanding agent. Rasheed was very patient with my husband and I, we were very specific on our needs and he accommodated our wishes. Rasheed encouraged us when we were feeling doubtful about the process, he also educated us on the nuances regarding the changing market as it was occurring. Having him as our realtor made our process less difficult as he often went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied.
