As an Oregon licensed Real Estate Broker, she brings her passion for people, her strategic marketing mind, and her high attention to detail. She guides buyers through the process of finding a new home with confidence and ease. While also assisting sellers in a smooth and successful sale of their home. Rashelle is proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Women’s Council of Realtors, and the Oregon Association of Realtors because her valid memberships show her commitment to high ethics and real estate education.
She is proud to hold many leadership positions within the Real Estate community. Rashelle has served on the Women's Council of Realtors Board in Portland, Oregon, since 2022 and is currently serving as the 2024 President of the Portland WCR Network. Rashelle serves as a Social Media Ambassador for the National Women’s Council of Realtors. She has also served on the Associate Leadership Council at Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere from January 2023 – June 2024. Rashelle recently graduated from the Oregon Realtors Leadership Academy (Class of 2024). In June of 2024, Rashelle joined the leadership team at Coldwell Banker Professional Group, where she will lead Marketing efforts and Business Development for CBPG agents through training and mentorship.
Rashelle grew up in the beautiful Willamette Valley, attending schools in Wilsonville and Sherwood. She began her collegiate journey at Portland Community College earning general studies credits that gave her a solid foundation for when she transferred to Linfield College. At Linfield College, Rashelle participated in Theater, Volleyball, Alpha Phi, and Greek Council. She also completed two years of her Bachelor of Arts degree. Interested in expanding her personal and educational experiences, she transferred to Kansas State University. While at KSU, Rashelle continued her passion for the performing arts by participating in Theater, Drama Therapy, and the Special Youth Arts Camp. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities with an emphasis in Theater and English.
When not assisting clients, Rashelle can be found enjoying local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and events. Living by a “work hard, play hard” motto, she loves being a tourist in her own backyard or traveling across America with her family and friends
