Prior to joining RE/Max Equity Group, Rashelle worked in luxury retail and as a digital marketer. In the retail industry, she learned how to cultivate relationships by providing high touch customer service. She prides herself on her genuine drive to help clients achieve their goals while keeping their best interests at heart. As an accomplished social media and digital marketer, she has built a reputation on her ability to connect and engage with people in various different digital spaces. Rashelle is a social media devotee that continuously seeks to stay on top of trends and continuous changes that take place the digital world.
As a realtor, she brings her passion for people, strategic marketing mind, and her high attention to detail. She guides buyers through the process of finding a new home with confidence and ease. While also assisting sellers in a smooth and successful sale of their home. Rashelle is proud to be a member of the National Association of Realtors, Portland Metropolitan Association of Realtors, and Oregon Association of Realtors because her valid memberships show her commitment to high ethics and real estate education.
Rashelle grew up in the beautiful Willamette Valley attending schools in Wilsonville and Sherwood. She began her collegiate journey at Portland Community College earning general studies credits that gave her a solid foundation for when she transferred to Linfield College. At Linfield College, Rashelle participated in Theater, Volleyball, Alpha Phi, and Greek Council. She also completed two years of her Bachelor of Arts degree. Interested in expanding her personal and educational experiences, she transferred to Kansas State University. During her time at KSU, Rashelle continued her passion for the performing arts by participating in Theater, Drama Therapy, and the Special Youth Arts Camp. She graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Humanities with an emphasis in Theater and English.
When not assisting clients, Rashelle can be found enjoying local wineries, breweries, restaurants, and events. Living by a “work hard, play hard” motto, she loves being a tourist in her own backyard or traveling across America with her family and friends.
