We have recently purchased our dream house in West Chester PA. Rathi was pivotal from the beginning in searching for the house. She is very knowledgeable in Delaware county and Chester County areas. This helped us narrow our search and make the process lot easier. As buyers her guidance was pivotal in this "Sellers" market. We have worked with her in the past for an investment property couple of years ago. Her commitment to her client was a constant on both occasion which eases any anxiety we had on such huge purchases.

We highly recommend Rathi for both selling and buying houses in Chester and Delaware counties in PA.

Rathi has been of tremendous help in our home buying process. As a first time home buyer, we had very limited knowledge of real estate buying process and Rathi was super helpful and very patient in explaining every details. She is extremely responsive and always available for her clients. She is also well prepared before any home tour which is very important during real estate transactions so that she can guide home buyers appropriately. We were buying in a seller's market and she was always on top of everything related to communication with seller's agent, scheduling showings, negotiating with the sellers etc. We found our dream home quickly and the entire process was very smooth. She also recommended an excellent Title company and we closed the deal without much fuss. Overall, it was great working with Rathi and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell their real estate properties. You will be good hands.

We have recently worked with Rathi in buying our property in Exton PA. Her help was pivotal in us buying this property. The house is located in one of the highly desired communities in Exton. So we were up against a stiff competition from multiple offers. Rathi educated us on various strategies including the escalation clause to make a winning offer. She always took time to explain things in detail which put us at ease. Even though she was multi tasking with multiple clients and family, she never let those come in her way and made us feel special every step of the way.

It took us a few months to decide the property we wanted to buy. During the course of the search we had visited at least a dozen houses. She was able to get appointments exclusively for us well before the scheduled open houses and she would arrive early and greet us at the door every time. Also she would have done her research on the house and have every minor detail readily available while touring the house.These immediately gave us an advantage and additional time to decide and give our offer.In fact we did give an offer for a house before our current house which unfortunately didn't work out. She definitely did her best to help us come up with our best possible offer. But we got beat by a full cash offer. Can't do much about that. She assured us that she will help us find a better house and she did. We couldn't be happier with our current house.

When our offer was accepted, we have decided to go for a short 30 day closing period. Short closing in itself is a challenge of its own and to top it off we ran into COVID - 19 quarantine. It was an unique situation for every party involved. Rathi's tireless communication in bring together all the parties involved made the closing possible as scheduled. She referred us the lender who ended up giving the best interest rate for the mortgage. So we have decided to go with them. She is very resourceful with information.

Buying or selling a house is a great source of anxiety for everyone. I have no doubt in my mind that Rathi's professionalism and ability will alleviate that anxiety a great deal. So I highly recommend her as your agent whether you are buying or selling.
