Having Raul as your agent is probably the best decision you can make. In that, he is very responsive, very informative, and cares about your wants and needs. Raul did not make us feel pressured to do something that we didn't feel comfortable with and it felt like as if it was a family member trying to help us out! He attitude was very calm, collective and extremely confident even when my fiancé and I felt like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. With how the market currently is, Raul made sure to give us the most information possible to make the right decision. Moving from AZ to TN was stressful, but finding a home with Raul was one less headache we had to deal with! So, whether you are looking to buy or sell your home, Raul will make sure that you get the personalized service that a realtor should provide!

I can’t say enough good things about Raul. He was super responsive and was very knowledgeable. I was a first time home buyer. He was patient with all my silly questions and gave great advise when I needed it. I will definitely call up Raul again for anything in the future and plan on referring him to my friends and family. As a first time home buyer I was certainly overwhelmed by the prospect of finding the right house, for the right price in the right neighborhood. I was put at ease almost immediately once we decided to go with Raul as our Realtor. Raul was an incredible realtor to work with. He was so helpful as my husband and I were first time home buyers and knew nothing about the process!
