He never was negative about a house we looked at. He never tried to urge us into a home that we did not quite feel was right for us. Overall, working with Raul as our agent was a blessing.

If you are looking to buy a house I recommend you the best realtor in Topeka. Raul is just one of the most patient and nicest person out there. He was a huge help and was so patient with us. He helped us get our dream home and not only that but helped us get it from when we lived in California. He makes everything so easy and helped us so much. I don’t think we would’ve gotten anything like this without his help. He helped us get as much as we could for such a good price. I really recommend him. Thank you so much for everything you did for us. Thanks to you we have our dream home. :)

We were looking to relocate from Denver to Topeka and Raul was able to work around our schedules as well as a time zone difference to accommodate our needs. We would receive the list of homes in our email inbox and decide on a few that we wanted to see. Raul would show us those homes by FaceTime and take notes on what we liked and disliked to make sure that the list of homes he was sending us truly met our criteria. When we decided on a home, we made the trip to Topeka to see it in person and Raul sent our offer to the listing agent that same day. Other offers ended up coming in but it was because of Raul’s promptness and rapport with the listing agent that we were able to purchase our home in this very competitive market. We mentioned that we wanted some cosmetic upgrades in our new home so Raul took it upon himself to get us in contact with general contractors so that we got multiple bids for what we wanted done. In addition to that, he was able to coordinate closing dates with the sale of our home in Denver and purchase in Topeka while allowing time so that those renovations could be done after closing but prior to us moving in so that we could avoid the dust that comes along with home improvements. He went above and beyond simply overseeing a transaction.
