Ray Bakowski

Raymond has been working in Marin real estate since 2006. During his career he has consistently been one of the companies top producing agents. Over the years Raymond has worked in markets that have fluctuated greatly and have developed an array of skills including preparation, pricing and negotiating. His integrity, work ethic and communication skills have led him to work with clients selling multimillion dollar homes to working with first time home buyers on their first purchase. Raymond has a background in business, building/remodeling, developing and income properties that allows him to have unique view on real estate that he can put to work for his clients.
Raymond often works closely with his wife, Kristin, who’s an interior designer and stager (Meis Design.org). They work together as a team to prepare and stage homes for the market with no additional costs. Raymond’s local knowledge, upbeat fun personality and up to date knowledge of markets are invaluable for clients buying or selling in Marin County.
Raymond is very active in the community, previously on the Fairfax Design Review Board, volunteering, and contributing to many local foundations and nonprofits and can be seen on Mt.
