Ray’s assisted us in making our decision to move to Hot Springs Village. He provided great information while we were doing our research. Once we decided to make the move, he began sending us information about properties with our requirements and budget. We thought we’d have some time to decide on our new home but our house in Atlanta sold in one day! So I had to arrange a quick trip, called Ray and told him I’d have two days to look and make an offer. In the end, my husband’s only requirement was that we had to live on a lake. We made an offer on a home on Lake Cortez but another couple planned to make an offer as well. I left not knowing if we had a home. As I was walking down the aisle to take my seat on the plane, Ray called and congratulated us on our new home. It was a whirlwind trip and stressful to say the least but Ray was great and went out of his way to assist us.

Ray, our experience working with you was as stress free as possible given we were working from 3 states away and still recovering from our hurricane damage.
You always either answered the phone (weekday or weekend) or called back as soon as you could. You provided us continuously with options that stayed current to our ever changing situation. You did it in a way that never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured.
Finally, when we arrived in Arkansas-Hot Springs Village you remained our chief negotiator in dealing with the builder.
All in all, you were tireless and exemplary from beginning to end.
