Ray grew up in Palo Alto, taking full advantage of its beautiful surroundings, the organized sports and outdoors programs, and loving the diverse, dynamic and energetic atmosphere of the city. Ray attended local schools, including Palo Alto High School and San Jose State University.

Ray incorporates into his real estate practice a wealth of experience and professionalism acquired from over two decades as a business appraiser involved in the purchase and sale of businesses with sales of $10 million to $350 million. His specialization in negotiations and contract review are keystones in his approach to the dynamic Peninsula real estate market.
