Ray Holtzapple

Brings extensive experience in lending, home construction, and remodeling. Ray's career includes more than 25 years in engineering and construction industries. He has been the CFO of several start-up energy related companies, and the Vice President of Project Finance for an electric power facility development company. He has a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. In addition, he has studied Real Estate courses in new home construction and graduate level finance and investment. The knowledge gained from constructing two personal residences and remodeling four homes, (including performing electrical, plumbing, sheet rock & plaster, trim carpentry, and interior painting,) gives Ray the knowledge to fully help his Clients locate that "Dream" home.
